How It Works

The PDF Generator uses pre-designed templates to define how your documents will look. Templates specify layout, fonts, colors, headers, footers, and images. Typically, these templates are created by the AtroCore Team or a certified Solution Partner to ensure the PDFs reflect your desired design and formatting.

Creating a PDF from your data is quick and straightforward:

• Choose a Template – Select a template to define the layout, styling, headers, footers, and page numbering. Templates can be HTML/CSS or LibreOffice (ODT) and can be language-specific. For combining multiple PDFs or adding tables of contents, use an aggregation feed.
• Select Your Data – Generate a PDF for a single record (e.g., a product or order) or multiple records (lists or grouped items).
• Configure and Generate – Choose whether to open or download the PDF, set the file name, and optionally save it in the system for reuse. You can also apply filters or use aggregation to combine multiple PDFs into one document.
• Get Your PDF – The final PDF matches the template design exactly. Saved PDFs can be reused or automatically generated in the future.
