How it works?

Your product data is initially organized within your PIM software (AtroPIM). This data is then automatically synchronized with ChannelAdvisor’s Multi-Channel Listing Software. The software provides tools for applying additional mapping rules and making necessary adjustments for the selected marketplaces. Once the data is fully prepared, ChannelAdvisor oversees the synchronization process across all relevant marketplaces and channels.

This option uses your PIM system as the central hub for managing and refining product information. With ChannelAdvisor, your PIM system becomes the definitive source for all product data, overseeing enrichment, translation, and digital asset management. After optimizing the product data within the PIM, ChannelAdvisor handles the distribution across various marketplaces, ensuring that your listings stay consistent and up-to-date.

ChannelAdvisor PIM Full Integration

The Full Integration option extends the PIM Integration by collecting orders and customer data from various marketplaces through ChannelAdvisor. Orders from these marketplaces are securely stored within the PIM and can then be transferred to your ERP system (not included in the package) for further processing. This streamlined workflow enhances productivity and ensures smooth business operations.

What is Included in the Pricing?

The integration cost covers:

• All necessary integration modules (as outlined in your license, detailed in the table below)
• One-time setup of data feeds, customized to meet your specific business requirements.

No monthly fees are charged. However, additional costs may apply if you choose to purchase updates for the included modules or make further configuration adjustments, which you can handle independently if preferred.

Included modules:

ERP software integration is not included in this package. Charges by the multi-channel listing software still apply.
